Midtown Manhattan condo floorplans do, especially

some of the most functional and spacious Manhattan
condo floor plans at The Platinum tower. Here, you
will find studio floorplans that range from the
seven hundred square foot mark to one bedrooms (some
with dens) starting from approximately seven hundred
and fifty square feet to over one thousand square
feet (very impressive). In addition, the two bedroom
New York Platinum floor plans range from about 1400
square feet while the three bedroom floorplans go
up to 3300 square feet. Most of the New York Platinum
floor plans afford double vanities in the master
ensuites and some even with large walk in closets.
Other Platinum New York condo floor plans feature
lots of closet space, cabinets, pantries and open
concept kitchens and living rooms. The bedrooms
are also very roomy and airy, and provide plenty
of natural light through oversized floor to ceiling
windows. As far as pricing is concerned, the studio
floorplans started from about $700,000 while the
one bedroom Platinum New York floor plans range
from the low $900,000 to about $1.5 million for
larger 1 bed floorplans with west exposures and
views. Two bedroom suites start from about $1.5
million while the large family sized three bedroom
New York Platinum floor plans start from about $7
million for these penthouse units. The average price
is approximately $1,000 to $1,600 per square foot
while the common condo fees are about one dollar
per square foot per month. Because this is a new
development, the New York Platinum condo homebuyers
will receive the 421-A tax abatement for low property
taxes for up to ten years, which is a great incentive.
